What payment methods are accepted?
The accepted payment methods by ExtPAC Ltd. are the following: PayPal, Amex, Master- and Visacredit card, Bank-transfer and cash on delivery. Generally, before placing an order on COD terms corresponding agreements have to be reached with us. Bank transfers will need between 7 and 10 days to clear.
Can I use a credit card with PayPal?
Yes, you can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express with PayPal. When you pay with PayPal, your credit card number is never exposed.
The customer’s advantages using PayPal!
When using PayPal, payments are traceable. You can check the status of your payment by logging in to your PayPal account. Payment does not require you to provide your credit card number (you can transfer directly from your bank account). If you do use your credit card through PayPal, ExtPAC Ltd. will not see your creditcard number, minimizing the risk of unauthorized use. Further, PayPal offers the possibility to place qualified claims to recover the money paid for orders which have not been received by the customer.
How orders have to be placed? Does a minimum order value exist?
The products shown on the website can only be ordered online for the prices shown. Orders at a lower value can not be processed. Orders will only be confirmed, charged and delivered if the order can be fulfilled. For frequent customers or wholesalers special discount ID exist. Contact us regarding such discounts.
I have paid through PayPal, why is the order status still is open?
Since the PayPal server occasionally experiences delays, please wait 2-4 hours and check it again. If it still shows “OPEN” please provide your e-mail address and order ID number, we'll resolve the problem.
Can I review, change or cancel my order?
You can review your order list at any time in My Account after you sign in on the global-marketing.biz website. If the order status is "OPEN" you can remove it or make changes as you wish. If the order status is "CLOSED" you can NOT cancel it any longer. You also will have received an order confirmation Email.
Once the products are sent, you cannot cancel your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can require improvement of the services and quality stating clearly the deficiencies.
Terms for orders not made through the online system!
Orders which have been placed based on manual agreements with one of the ExtPAC Ltd. assistants have to be officially confirmed between the companies involved. The terms and conditions may differ from the online terms shown here.
